Keeping the cold at bay, she layered a monochrome longline coat on top with an eye-catching dogtooth design.
Appearing in high spirits, the beauty flashed a massive smile as she headed back from presenting the morning news show alongside Gethin Jones. 
Helen carried a black leather handbag with gold metal detailing, adding a collection of matching gold jewellery.

The former Countryfile presenter added a light brushing of makeup of her fair complexion while battling with the winter winds as she made her way out.
She had joined host Gethin for the breakfast show as they chatted with the likes of Nancy Birtwhistle and Matt Richardson.
Helen's appearance comes after making her hosting debut on Morning Live back in January, which proved a smash hit amongst viewers.
Following her first show, fans flocked to Twitter to send their praise to the presenter.

The winds of Manchester were a slight change of scenery for Helen, who enjoyed a family holiday to Lanzarote last week.
She enjoyed the trip with children Ernie, seven, Louis, five, and 14-month-old Elsie Kate - who she shares with ex-husband Richie Myler.
